TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
2.For Australian entrants, the Promoter is Johnson & Johnson Pacific Pty Limited and for New Zealand entrants, the Promoter is JNTL Consumer Health (New Zealand)Ltd.
3.Entry is open only to Australian and New Zealand Pharmacy and Independent Grocery Stores where Codral is sold. Directors, management and employees of the Promoters and associated companies and agencies as well as the immediate families of each of these people are not eligible to enter.
4.The promotion begins on 1 May 2024 at 12:01am (Sydney time) and closes on 31 July 2024 at 11:59pm (Sydney time) (Promotion Period).
5.To enter, entrants must visit www.codral.com.au/retailerreward, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, and submit a fully completed entry form by inputting the requested details (Store Name, Store Postal Address, Store Email Address, Store Phone Number) and uploading & submitting a time stamped photo of a Codral display that meets the following criteria (detailed in 2024 Codral Retailer Reward Program - Criteria for Entry found at www.codral.com.au/retailerreward):

ii.Price Reference
iii.Correct campaign
iv.Only SKUs of the Brands that are referenced on the Branded POS
6.Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotion Period.
7.The Promoters accept no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
8.The Promoters are not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
9.Each entrant is responsible for paying for the costs associated with entering the promotion.
10.There will be one (1) conducted for the entries received each month of the Promotion Period, for a total of three (3) draws (“Monthly Draws”). Subject to the starting and closing time of the Promotion Period, entries into each Monthly Draw will open on the 1st day of each month at 12:01am (Sydney time) and close on the last day of each Month at 11.59pm (Sydney time) each day. For each Monthly Draw, the first ten (10)valid entries randomly drawn will win a prize. Each Monthly Draw will take place at Johnson & Johnson Pacific Pty Limited, 45 Jones Street Ultimo NSW 2007, Australia at 12:00pm (Sydney time) on the first Thursday after entries close for that Monthly Draw, with the first Monthly Draw taking place on 6th June 2024 and the last Monthly Draw taking place on 1 August 2024. Each draw will be supervised by a third party. For the removal of doubt, no draws will be conducted during the weekend or on a public holiday in New South Wales.

11.The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Prize winners will be notified by phone call and then via email within two (2) business days of the Monthly Draw during the Promotion Period The winning store name(s) and their Suburb/Postcodes will be published at www.codral.com.au/retailerreward within two (2) days of the relevant Monthly Draw. Non-winning entries in each Monthly Draw will not be entered into any subsequent Monthly Draws.
12.Each store may only enter once per Monthly Draw and only one (1) prize permitted per store over the Promotion Period (excluding SA).
13.Each store must create their own entry and must not submit an entry on behalf of a third party/different store. All entries become the property of the Promoters. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.The prize is a Visa Prepaid Card valued at $500 in Australian dollars.
15.The total prize pool is valued at $15,000 in Australian dollars.
16.The Visa Prepaid Card will be delivered via the Store Postal Address supplied upon entry and each winner is responsible for ensuring that the Store Postal Address provided is correct.

18.Where a Visa Prepaid Card is unavailable for any reason, the Promoters may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value determined at its sole discretion, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authority, where required.
19.Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
20.Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Visa Prepaid Card is not included.
21.The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable bylaw).
22.Once any prize has left the Promoters’/supplier’s premises, the Promoters and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the prize.
23.The Promoters may verify the validity of entries, and in their sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this promotion by, any person who manipulates or tampers with or benefits from any manipulation of or tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion (including, but not limited to soliciting votes, disguising an IP address, using multiple email addresses or aliases to submit multiple entries for the same person, or other electronic account) or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive or dishonest manner, acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or acts in a way to jeopardise the fair operation of the promotion.
24.Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory, where required.
25.If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, manipulation, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory, where required.
26.The Promoters accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this promotion results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
27.In the event of a prize not being accepted or claimed within 3 months of the draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws at 12:00pm on 7th November 2024 at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prizes, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified in writing and will have the Store name(s) and Suburb/Postcode of the store published within two (2) business days at www.codral.com.au/retailerreward . If there are any unclaimed prizes, each unclaimed prize will be distributed to the next valid entry randomly drawn in descending order of value until all unclaimed prizes are awarded.
28.Entrants’ personal information (PI) will be collected to enable the Promoters and their agencies to administer and promote this promotion and its winners. The PI of winners may be provided to third parties assisting in the conduct of the promotion, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and for publicity purposes surrounding the promotion.If the PI requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion the entrant consents to the use of their PI as described. A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed

29.If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoters may determine the entrant is not eligible to win a prize.
